Shipping Policy
We ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout, typically ranging from 5 to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking code via email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We currently ship to the countries listed on our checkout page. If your country isn't listed, please contact us atsupport@expronic.com.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To start a return, please contact us atsupport@expronic.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send the item back. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
